Dean co-founded Respond Solutions Inc. (RSI) in 2006. Over the past 25 years, Dean has established himself as an industry leader in emergency response. With a wealth of experience in both land and flight paramedicine, Dean provides key leadership and implementation strategies in training and emergency management for both private and public sectors of business. Dean provides critical infrastructure protection knowledge and innovative program development to deliver practical solutions for all clients of RSI.
From his early days, Dean evolved his strengths in educational course design and training development. His ability to understand learner outcomes and to see the "big picture" has culminated in the implementation of highly interactive course ware. These courses have been delivered in both instructor led and online training venues. Dean's presentation skills coupled with his field experience allows clients to execute their health, safety and security programs with ease and confidence. Within his role brings leadership, vision and a wealth of knowledge and experience to all present and future clients of RSI.
